Greg Burnett is a superstar Sprinter advisor. He was patient and clear with explaining the recalls and the maintenance that my Sprinter Citation RV required, and kept us informed of progress. The second time was because the DEF and check engine warnings came on about 30 miles into our return trip homeward. They were caused when the DEF pump was not working correctly. I would have preferred that all the emission work be done at one time. The roundtrip from my home to Rocklin takes 4.5 to 5 hours. The really bad part of this two visit service experience was that both times, my RV was returned to me damaged! After the first service my vehicle was returned with a long scrape from the passenger middle side to the rear and the running light was ripped off. I spent 3 hours rubbing out the scrape and installing a new running light. After the second service my vehicle was returned with impact damage to the right rear just below the window. The pattern of cracks is about 8 square inches. What are the odds that if I return the vehicle to the dealer that new damage will appear? Not good. So I am giving this review 3 stars. Greg deserves 5 stars. The damages and repeat visit deserve one star or less. More

Being a minority male, I’ve never felt welcomed at this location. Often questioned as to where the vehicle was purchased and last serviced. Wash jobs after service were poor at best.
