The staff are friendly. I purchased a certified Mercedes’ GLC 300. It would have been a better experience to present the car clean so your customer can see all the imperfections before purchase. It’s not a nice surprise when you find them later at home. I took the car in to have the front valance repaired and repainted as they agreed in the purchase. The first repair was unacceptable. I brought it in the second time. It looks much better, but the white paint has other flecks of color in it and there is a rough edge that is noticeable right in the front and center. I’m not sure I’d being willing to bring the car back a third time. Two chances to get it right are enough. It should have been repaired correctly the first time. More
