Service was good. Gave me a LYFT home but I had to pay for a LYFT back. After Windshield not installed correctly on my brand new sprinter it started leaking water all over . I contacted Greg at the dealer he wanted to change the antenna. I don’t know if there running some scam there or not because anyone would know if it’s leaking after a windshield change then it has nothing to do with the antenna.i purchased a new sprinter and it feels like I got it from a recking yard . I asked for some kind of service package or something for my inconvenience and to Seal the windshield properly. The service rep assigned to me has always been responsive to my needs. I think this dealership’s service department approaches with level of Fletcher-Jones, which I regard as the gold standard.
