This was a problem caused when we purchased the vehicle. The service center was brought in late in the game. The problem with the service center was that my husband had an appointment and drove 1.4 hours The service center was brought in late in the game. The problem with the service center was that my husband had an appointment and drove 1.4 hours to get there and they were not ready for him. Told him it would be “at least a couple of hours”. When my husband questioned why they weren’t ready for him there was no response. Then come To find out that 2 of the tires weren’t even there. This caused some scrambling. Again, no communication with my husband. All of the communication came through the sales department (again was caused with purchase of the car) and it seemed that the service department was playing catch up. One great thing was that the second time we had to get the car in, a driver came a picked it up. I was told the car would be detailed while there. It was not. It was washed on outside and vacuumed. Nice that that was done but it was not detailed. More
Excellent service from the moment you arrive until you pick up the vehicle. My service was for a warranty issue and the service manager listened, understood and organized the repair.
