My treatment by the staff I have this establishment I was poor to say the least. Perhaps , it’s because I am a single female that they thought they could take advantage . I was sold a car with aftermarket pa poor to say the least. Perhaps , it’s because I am a single female that they thought they could take advantage . I was sold a car with aftermarket parts that broke shortly, (three weeks) after I purchased the car. I was not told that had aftermarket parts, and that the extra warranty I purchased for the electrical would not cover these aftermarket parts. After some finagling and lots of extra cash I was able to get another car . However after that fiasco the finance department decided to cash my deposit check. Which was supposed to be shredded after paperwork was completed. I am stuck with hundreds in overdraft fees which they have said they would pay I have yet to see a check. And the sales manager is now not returning my calls. In addition, there were a few incidentals which were promised at the time of purchase. Such as the spare key, a small jar of touch up paint and the manual. These have not arrived either. They were very nice when they were selling. After the paperwork was signed I felt abandoned and taken advantage of. There is also some damage above the windshield which looks like it’s environmental. This should not happen on a 2018 vehicle. I was told they were checking into it to see what they could do. That was three weeks ago. Still no one will return my calls. I went to Mercedes for a reason and that is the reputation for excellent service and quality. I am feeling I did not receive any of that and should have purchased a new Honda instead. The first time I left my vehicle for service it was left clean and returned filthy. Waiting for 20 minutes to get it after paying the cashier was a further irritation. The second time I took it for service clean and returned filthy. Waiting for 20 minutes to get it after paying the cashier was a further irritation.
