My assigned service representative is knowledgable, kind, and trustworthy. I feel his customer service has been top notch. My frustration with the service department at this Mercedes dealership overall has been there is zero sense of urgency with A potentially dangerous mechanical issue that was unsuccessfully fixed. My prior attempt to fix was scheduled weeks out, and when I did arrive they did not provide a loaner vehicle as promised. I waited in the lobby for hours while they worked on the issue, which they assured me was fixed, but it is not. I am bringing the vehicle in to be fixed again and hopefully this time there is a loaner, and the issue is fixed. This experience has left me feeling that Mercedes products and service are unreliable which is disappointing considering the amount of money I spent on the vehicle. to add insult, I have been bombarded by emails and texts asking me to fill out a review on my experience. More

Poor customer service, unwilling to make any deal. Was told,"I don't even want your trade-in!" Frank and Alex both were bragging about how they had 50 un-answered phone calls before noon! Took me, basically a week to make an appointment with Frank. When I showed up I was pawned off on Alex! Whom I waited for over an hour while he checked KBB on my vehicle! This was not the type of service I expected. What has happened to customer service? Don't fill out information online as they said," I don't even know how to access that information!" Nobody contacts you either! Anyway, went to another Mercedes dealer, got what I was asking for my trade-in, got the vehicle I wanted, priced 10K under what they were asking for same make and model, and, all without the pompous attitude! Don't waste your time, go somewhere else that wants your business. More
