By far the worst most inept service experience I’ve ever had and I’ve had quite a few. No communication, they did not listen to what we had to say, We had to tell them three times what the problem was befor had and I’ve had quite a few. No communication, they did not listen to what we had to say, We had to tell them three times what the problem was before they “found” it and fixed it and so they had the car for approximately 12 days. Also, they were willing to give us back a car with an inoperable seat belt until we insisted it be fixed. Once we did receive the car back, the trunk area was disheveled and not put back together and they had somehow nicked the leather on our steering wheel. When I brought it to the attention of the service manager, he said, “we’ll order the parts and get back to you”. We’ll that was a lie and we knew it and we still have not heard back from them and probably won’t. Totally incompetent and lacking the integrity you’d expect from MB. This is our third MB and the first one we sent to MB of Rocklin for service. Never again. If I have to drive to the Bay Area for service I’d rather do that than subject myself to this kind of experience again. We dealt with the service manager so the incompetence and attitude definitely are set there. More

We scheduled an appointment to have our windshield replaced and when it arrived it was the wrong one. They then couldn't fit it in do it until 3 weeks passed. They told us we would have to leave our c replaced and when it arrived it was the wrong one. They then couldn't fit it in do it until 3 weeks passed. They told us we would have to leave our car overnight but it took 3 days to complete and they didn't notify us of the cars status, we had to call them. The windshield replacement is fine but both my husband and I feel we had better service at the Lexus dealership when we used to have service there. More
