I was very disappointed with my visit to Rocklin MB. The service adviser told me my car had not been maintained and proceeded to include that note on his computer paperwork. My car has been maintained exper service adviser told me my car had not been maintained and proceeded to include that note on his computer paperwork. My car has been maintained expertly by my husband who has been restoring automobiles professionally for over 40 years, with at least six pebble beach wins to his credit. We have every receipt and documentation for all servicing. I have been driving Mercedes Benz vehicles for well over 30 years! I didn’t purchase my GLE350 from this dealership, not for lack of trying. I certainly do not appreciate the lack of professionalism in service or sales departments. More
