I really like the people in the service center. Very responsive with my concerns about my Mercedes issues. I am not happy with the big issue of having a broken piston with a car with less than 60,000 m responsive with my concerns about my Mercedes issues. I am not happy with the big issue of having a broken piston with a car with less than 60,000 miles and not having a new engine put in. Having only the piston replaced concerns me. I don’t know a lot about cars/engines, but having a broken piston moving in the chamber concerns me a lot. I am not a car guy, but the engine could still fail way before it’s time. More

The whole experience was underwhelming. I arrived at 7:29am for my 7:30 appt. The lot attendant was cordial and checked me in promptly and that’s about as good as the experience got. I proceeded to stand around waiting for the next 20 minutes or so until the same lot attendant acknowledges me and asks if I’ve talked to my service writer. Nope! I had to get going so he took my information and I left. Someone else had an earlier appt than me but showed up after I did and was assisted before me. Scott eventually calls me and was nice enough and all, but recommended a bunch of money grab services that weren’t even factory recommended. Car was kept overnight. I used the online payment portal to make my payment but that didn’t save me any time at the dealership when I returned. It was another 15 to 20 mins while someone retrieved my car. Nothing about the service was bad but I observed a general lack of urgency or real customer focus. Nothing wowed me that made me feel like my $1000 spark plug and oil change was worth my spend. Quite frankly, I don’t see where you added value to me so I don’t expect I’ll return. Also... no car wash. My invoice says I received one, but I’m afraid you missed that easy one. See? Underwhelming. More
