I’m sure this Service Center is good, because I’ve had the highest respect in the past for the Service Centers I’ve been to. My car is an ‘04 and maybe because it’s not a current model … the service is n the highest respect in the past for the Service Centers I’ve been to. My car is an ‘04 and maybe because it’s not a current model … the service is not the same. I did not personally, take my car for service as I had other commitments out of the area. I had to leave my car with my brother who took my car in and picked it up. We were notified the car was ready … it was NOT!!!! Car had to be left another day … which meant another trip back. I do not know! Perhaps my car because of age does hot receive the same care as when it was newer. I personally did communicate by phone with Wayne who was in charge of my car. I was impressed and pleased with our communication and felt he respected me as a ‘Benz’ owner …. Regardless of the age of my car. More
