I made my first appointment for a regular 50,000 mile service about two weeks ahead of time, reserving a loaner vehicle. I rescheduled for the following week, that day they did not have an oil filter for my C 300 in stock, nor two of the washers need to install my new spark plugs. As a result my standard service was not finished until the next day; hence more time away from work and a 45 minute trip each way. I shared this with the service manager, and this combined experience with my services adviser when a text was sent inquiring into my experience with service...never heard back from either. That pretty much sums up my recent experience....the attitude seems to be "whatever, gee were sorry." This has never been my experience previously, so I was quite surprised, and disappointed. One would think going to the dealer they would have the basic parts for a standard service in stock. More

I don’t enjoy driving my car as I have the feeling that it can break down at any time as it has done twice already. I had to wait several hours to get my transmission oil changed. I got there 1 hour early then my appointment. My bill was $700!
