I had a recall on my 2016 Sprinter and it was the amen care of professionally and Greg was friendly and helpful. He also let me know it had been over a year when it was serviced last. I bought my CLS550 and serviced it here for the first two years. The attitude of the Rocklin staff always reminded me of the phrase “they treat you as if they’ll never see you again.” Such arrogance; such u years. My vehicle had a problem with a crack in a rim and was under warranty. They refused to fix it until after I left and complained.
