I was told I needed a new ballast and I definitely did not on my headlight. Wayne seemed like he was honest but maybe the tech wanted to make extra money (don't know who decided to lie about it). Got it done at my local shop for 275 vs 430 labor cost and informed me i absolutely did not need a ballast. Left a bad feeling i know you guys don't care and will do nothing about this. I didn't even want to bring it up cause it wasn't worth my time but you kept insisting i fill out the survey. More

Previously went to Mercedes of Sacramento for issue was not happy at all with Service so I made the drive to Rocklin. Had 10,000 mile service done, my service advisor was great .My car was not washed when not happy at all with Service so I made the drive to Rocklin.
