I only dealt with the sprinter van sales guys and they were awesome!!! I didnt buy from Rocklin MB in the end, no fault of theirs, I just wanted a van that no dealership had with the specific features i w were awesome!!! So i had to order one and i found a dealer with an earlier build built slot available. After a lot of back and forth with me deciding on what i wanted while i was working with Rocklin MB, and after they knew i was not going to buy from them, they were still incredibly helpful with answering all my questions and how the factory built process works and what accessories i should or shouldn’t get for my sprinter van build. Both Alex and Frank were very personable, professional and helpful. Going beyond their duties as a car salesman, at least thats how i felt, and had so much extra knowledge about MB accessories as well as aftermarket.
