I have a CPO 2018 S560. It has a cracked rim, and although it has run flat tires which should prevent any damage to the rim, they are blaming me and will not repair it under wither the factor of CPO although it has run flat tires which should prevent any damage to the rim, they are blaming me and will not repair it under wither the factor of CPO extended warranty. They never removed the tire or looked at it, just when I told them a tire shop said the rim was defective, they blamed me. I had a previous Mercedes which I stopped taking to Mercedes Benz of Rocklin once it was out fo warranty due to bad customer service and my first experience again with a new car, and also I get bad customer service. More

When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the staff could not find my keys. It took three visits to the cashier over a 45 minute period before they finally omitted what the issue was. It took another 30 minutes find my keys. It took three visits to the cashier over a 45 minute period before they finally omitted what the issue was. It took another 30 minutes and a visit with managment before a courtesy vehicle was offered up. When MB found the keys on Monday, they did drive my vehicle to our home and picked up the courtesy vehicle. More
