Our car has had service at every recommended interval at this dealership. The last major service what just prior to expiration of extended warranty. After a month or so after the service, and the warranty expiration, I smelled coolant when parked in the garage, and the low coolant light was coming on. I went to check the coolant level, and much to my dismay, the filler neck of the coolant reservoir was totally caked up with solidified residue. This should have been noticed in the last and past services as this did not occur between the last major service and discovery. They diagnosed a cracked coolant reservoir, and it ended up costing me $500 to replace it because the warranty wan now expired. I'm not happy about it, and it draws me to question how thorough services are performed here. I should not have to double check on work supposedly completed. If anyone had opened the coolant cap, in at least the last few services, the issue would have been caught a long time prior. FYI no relief of cost was even offered. More
