We brought our E350 in for a warranty repair for the second time. When the vehicle was returned to us, it had a horrible smell of gasoline. We were told to take it home and air it out. A week later, not second time. When the vehicle was returned to us, it had a horrible smell of gasoline. We were told to take it home and air it out. A week later, nothing had changed. We brought the vehicle back and your service department said they would ionize it. The vehicle was returned to us a second time and had an overwhelming smell of ozone. The gasoline smell immediately returned. We brought the vehicle back a third time and were told nothing could be done, and Mercedes would not replace the interior. After the repair was done the first time a year ago, there was no smell of gasoline. What was different this time? Gasoline had to have been spilled in the vehicle. Our vehicle which we have taken excellent care of is basically ruined. This has gone on for a month and the car is unusable in its current state. Extremely disappointed and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Bureau of Automotive Repair. More

I was extremely disappointed with the purchase of the last CLS 450. The salesman did not return attempts to contact him. After 11 months he still owes me the second key and a set of all-weather floor mat last CLS 450. The salesman did not return attempts to contact him. I will never purchase another car from this dealer and will continue to recommend to friends to use a different dealership. More
