We bought a SUV in October, 2020. A tow hook was missing from front bumper. We didn't notice, since the purchase was made at night time. Salesperson and service person blaming one another for not ordering from front bumper. We didn't notice, since the purchase was made at night time. Salesperson and service person blaming one another for not ordering the correct part. We had to make several calls and visits to get the detachable part fixed. Its January 2021, found out today that the correct part has arrived. Hopefully it works this time. I read all the good comments, Next time anticipating a courteous service. More

I had to return to the dealership due to the technician not properly adjusting my parking brake, but I felt as though I had inconvenienced the service advisor. I waited patiently for 2 hours before I asked not properly adjusting my parking brake, but I felt as though I had inconvenienced the service advisor. I waited patiently for 2 hours before I asked the cashier for the status of my vehicle. When she asked Mr.Schmidt I overheard him rudely tell her that I needed to wait. It was not my fault that I had to bring my vehicle back and I was the one that was inconvenienced. Extremely unprofessional! More

Michael was a great customer service rep. Unfortunately, my car took longer than expected and I had to find rides for the time I was without my vehicle. Service was fine however upon getting home we found a foot long scratch in the rear corner of our new Sprinter RV. I communicated the damage to the Service Manager and all I received was a "sorry". I'd expect at least ownership of the cause and some future credit. This dealership needs to instruct their people to drive more carefully on their property. I'll likely consider taking my new 2020 Sprinter to another dealer who cares more about how they treat their customers. More
