All of the people we interacted with at your service center were extremely nice and helpful. Alan and I are elderly people so we don't know much about the modern cars; other than steering and applying center were extremely nice and helpful. Alan and I are elderly people so we don't know much about the modern cars; other than steering and applying the accelerator and brake pedals it taxes our brains. We had the recalls on our 2018 fixed and then had my husband's 2001 SL 500 repaired . We sold our 2018 Mercedes to your dealership. The car was too confusing for us to learn how everything works. It was such a wonderful riding car but was seldom used. We don't know about the the pricing for the repairs on the MZB 500, there was a lot of things to be worked on. Other of your employees helped us but we don't remember who they were, but they all were very nice to us. More

Spoke with the Manager as to a previous sale with Alex in which I was basically lied to buy as he put it he was a sales manager., regarding milage and buy back on a lease. the current real manager said he wo which I was basically lied to buy as he put it he was a sales manager., regarding milage and buy back on a lease. the current real manager said he would help me out of this situation. I believe he will he seams honest. It's just that his sales team isn't giving him anything to approve because not one of them has the customer service skills enough to make a call. Visited 4 times, was given a card by 4 slaes people and promised a call and after 3 months haven't recieved a call from any of them. I'm looking for help to remedy a bad situation that Nielo Mecedes Rocklin put me into, and it feels as though their hiding. Hoping it will just go away. Your Service Department is outstanding. You should attemp to transfer those customer service skills to your slaes floor. More
