Had my car a long time...included 2 extra days than quoted...I messaged in to ask status. After service, rep not returning calls for 4 days even after I left message w service desk to get someone to ca quoted...I messaged in to ask status. After service, rep not returning calls for 4 days even after I left message w service desk to get someone to call me, I had an issue about how car was working and unsure about driving it. Total bill amount more than quoted, Rep reduced it. Then found they replaced my windshield wiper when it did not need it...another rep tried to do this to me before, Rep reduced it off bill. I asked for and Rep did deliver my car to me at no charge since it was there so long. Mike a super nice guy, but there were these issues. It was right before Thanksgiving, but if a rep is off, does someone not cover for them?? More

My car was purchase at the end of November, our Salesman Jason ? was awesome 5 stars!! Then the vehicle starting having engine issues and we were handed over to Mike in service, the only way to communicate Jason ? was awesome 5 stars!! Then the vehicle starting having engine issues and we were handed over to Mike in service, the only way to communicate with him is thru text, as his voicemail is full. He is constantly apologizing for not getting back to me due to personal issues. I finally asked to be transferred to a manager at which time I got Chris Littlefield, who never apologizes for any experience that I am having with Mike in service, but does sound like he is going to help. That was last Friday and nothing since then. Promised to have my car picked up Monday am, that didn't happen, then Tuesday comes, no answer for Mike or Chris, so I reach back out to Jason, my salesperson and he apologizes and gets me to Mike Moreno who called me this am (12/16) and assures me the car will get picked up and a loaner brought to me. This is a brand new car and I've had it in my possession for less than 1 1/2 weeks. Not acceptable. This is the second car that we have purchased from this dealership and actually we have a local dealership, but we drove to Rocklin with high hopes of an excellent experience, which we experienced with Jason, the salesman. That dropped to a 1 star when I needed service. If the car is not repaired this time (#3 for the same issue) we will contact an attorney and pursue the lemon law and we will not be coming back to Rocklin. More
