DONT GO THROUGH ERIC, I had to wait 2 days for my car to be done with the air bag recall. I travelled 1 hour going there. He left the work place knowing I was on the way and didn’t leave keys out or didn’t be done with the air bag recall. I travelled 1 hour going there. i bring in the car to be a serviced...I leave with another problem...(twice this has happened at Rocklin, Mercedes). Without driving out of the parking lot my dash board comes up with a problem I had another problem...(twice this has happened at Rocklin, Mercedes). Without driving out of the parking lot my dash board comes up with a problem I had never experienced before.....I am upset. Please review my past history of only dealing with a Mercedes service dept... .. I will think twice....seems to me a there are better choices of foreign vehicles out there to choose from.....will not choose a German carmaker again! As a Chief Concierge for a major hotel conglomerate I know what it is to give good service.You people are customer savvy, but lacking trustworthy care of vehicle! More
