After my first year lease. My Brand New Mercedes Smelled Like A 5 day old Sweaty Jim Bag from the AC.. I asked very nicely to have it fixed or any helpful suggestions like Lysol into the air vents.. The service was completed as expected and everyone was friendly and professional - everything I have come to expect from this dealership. My follow-up questions were ignored for weeks which is not typical friendly and professional - everything I have come to expect from this dealership.
