My thinking wa If I hadn't been so desperate for a well made, well reviewed e-vehicle, I never would have thought of even taking a look at a Mercedes. My thinking was that Mercedes is a beautiful car, but it’s a luxury car made for people who make a lot more money than I do. All that changed when we walked into the Mercedes dealership in Rockville Centre. My husband and I were warmly greeted by Michael and swept off our feet by George Glier. We went for a test drive and I must say, I was impressed, but I also knew that at 50K this deal was not anywhere close to happening. But did I mention our sales person George? Let me interrupt my review of the dealership to tell you a little bit about George. The way George welcomed us and made us feel at ease reminded me of a time many years ago when my mother and I traveled to Ireland to visit the place my mother’s mother grew up. Although my grandmother had not lived in Ireland for many, many years, when we located her house (which overlooked the Celtic Sea) a complete stranger came out of the house and invited us in. We sat in this woman’s living room as she served us tea and sweets. We talked for hours and 30 years later, I can still remember her hospitality and warmth. Back to George…it sounds nuts, but George made us feel the way I did all those years ago in Ireland. My husband and I felt George was an old friend. We sat and talked (not about the car) for more than an hour. When we did talk about this gorgeous car, there was no haggling, no pressure, no back and forth, “let me check with my manager”. Just an unbelievable price. We left that day without making an offer on the car, but with a warm feeling in our hearts. Fast forward… we of course, bought the car. But delivery day last Saturday didn't go very well. The car wasn't fully charged and it took much longer than anyone expected to charge. In fact, after spending most the day at the dealer waiting, we realized it wouldn't be ready until Sunday. I took these snags to be part of the risk of being an early adopter of an e-vehicle in New York. I understand everyone is just learning the ins and outs of the electric car. So...I was shocked when George stopped by our house during the snowstorm on Sunday to make sure we got the car home. But yesterday, the dealership truly left me flabbergasted. Because they were unhappy with how the delivery went on Saturday, they have offered to pay not only for the cost of the Level 2 charger I purchased so I can charge the car at home, but for the cost of installation as well. Never would I have imagined such a generous response to a few hours of minor inconvenience. George and the dealership have gone above and beyond. Thank you so much to George and the entire staff at Rockville Centre. I am sure I will enjoy my new car for many years to come. More

Sometimes this is not easy, maybe not even practicle, but Maurice tries to fulfill them as closely as possible, and in doing this, he presents you, the customer, with a price which is both fair and reasonable. Once Again.. Once again the staff of MBFS of Rockville Center have proved themselves to be professional and concerned about the needs of their customers. We had leased a c300 with a 3 year lease and George was able to get us out 7 months before the lease was up to get a new 2015 c300. After we did a test drive , we knew this is what we wanted. This is my second time at the dealership and working with George Glier. He will not let you leave until all your questions are answered. He is loyal and honest to his customers. We went one day to work everything out and the next day we walked out with our car. He even called few times after we got our car to make sure we are happy and have no further questions. The process was smooth as can be: George Glier worked the numbers and fully satisfied us. Andrew Rifkin worked on our financing. Justin Massett taught us all about the new features of the car ( he even told us we can come back if we have any questions). Michael Pecorella, the sales manager overlooked everything to make sure we have no concerns (even offered to make us coffee or tea). OVERALL, I will stay with this dealership and GEORGE GLIER for years to come. Thanks again George for making it an exceptional experience for us. :) More

Better than expected I came in just to humor my parents after shopping all day for a new car to lease at other dealerships (never did I think I'd be driving a mercedes!), I came in just to humor my parents after shopping all day for a new car to lease at other dealerships (never did I think I'd be driving a mercedes!), and I met with George and he got me into my new C class later that afternoon!
