I have been a loyal customer of Mercedes Benz of RVC(purchasing 4 cars from them since 2009).Currently I have a C300 and S550coupe. After 9 months my lane assist features in my S550 stopped working. I brought in the car 2x times to have it fixed. The 3rd time I had it fixed for the same issue, I was asked if it was in an accident, WHICH IT WAS NOT, but they already knew this since they ran a CARFAX behind my back.
At this point the car is still malfunctioning and needs to be"fixed" again a 4th time. I contacted their corporate office and was told there is nothing they could do but keep fixing it.
They only care about selling you a car, not any sort of customer satisfaction.
If you are having an issue, make sure to give them a bad review, that is all they care about.
At this moment, I have a $140,000 car that is not being driven due to MERCEDES BENZ of ROCKVILLE CENTER inability help a loyal customer. They like to text you instead of speaking to you live on the phone, what a joke,stay away.
