First let me start off by saying, I went to another Mercedes Dealer before Going to Rockville Centre. I had a bad experience there which made me give up on getting a Mercedes Benz. I spoke to a friend who told me to go to Rockville Centre. I was a little hesitant about going, but I went and I met Shane. I sat at his desk and told him what I was looking for. Shane states to me that he was going to make sure I get the best price that he can give me. Shane sat at his desk crunching numbers and then he finally looked up and told me what the numbers were. I smiled but was still a little disgruntle and I gave Shane a little bit of an attitude. Shane stayed professional and worked even harder because I told him about the experience I went through and that I wanted the car for my birthday. Shane went to his boss and informed him of my ordeal and also told him it was my birthday and I wanted to have the car to drive. Shane came back to his desk with even better numbers. I knew the numbers were excellent. I still gave Shane a little bit of a hard time and he still stayed very professional. After all the work Shane did I told him that I didn't want the car because I live in the Bronx and I did not have a way to get to the dealer ship. Shane said that's not a problem I will bring the car to you. I smiled and I said you have a deal. This was the best experience I had buying a car ever. Shane and his bosses said happy birthday to me which made me smile and feel comfortable about the deal that I was getting. Even though I gave Shane and his bosses a hard time, they stayed professional and worked hard for me to drive in my new Mercedes Benz. The trip from the Bronx was well worth it. Going to Mercedes Benz in Rockville Centre was the greatest decision I could have had. The only reason I knew about the dealership was because of the great service Elias Tragos provided. I inquired about a specific 2014 ME/BE CLA 250 and within a few hours he had gotten back to me and made sure I would be able to get a fair shake at buying the vehicle due to the high demand for it. I needed to get out of my truck ASAP due to several reasons and he made sure it would happen with the least stress possible. When I visited the dealership, Elias set me up with Maurice Benitez who was the best salesman I could have asked for. From the minute I walked into the dealership Maurice made the process as easy,fun and quick as possible. He was a complete gentlemen and friend to me, my girlfriend and whole family as well. I have already recommended Maurice to 2 people who are looking into buying a Mercedes to make sure they speak with him. However, we were very impressed, not only with the dealership, but with Shane. Because of Shane's professionalism and warm personality, we purchased our ML 550 the same day. Shane was very patient and friendly, and convinced us to take the ML 550 for a test drive. Once we came back, we were sold. We purchased the ML 550 with all of the options. The only disappointment was that we were told we had to wait two months in order to get the vehicle in the color and leather interior that we wanted. However, Shane never hesitated to keep us informed and up to date. I must say that Shane went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. Not only was Shane professional, he also made us feel like family. We could not have asked for anyone better. More
