Going to Mercedes Benz in Rockville Centre was the greatest decision I could have had. The only reason I knew about the dealership was because of the great service Elias Tragos provided. I inquired about a specific 2014 ME/BE CLA 250 and within a few hours he had gotten back to me and made sure I would be able to get a fair shake at buying the vehicle due to the high demand for it. I needed to get out of my truck ASAP due to several reasons and he made sure it would happen with the least stress possible. When I visited the dealership, Elias set me up with Maurice Benitez who was the best salesman I could have asked for. From the minute I walked into the dealership Maurice made the process as easy,fun and quick as possible. He was a complete gentlemen and friend to me, my girlfriend and whole family as well. My wife and I were looking to buy a new Mercedes, but weren't exactly sure on a specific model. We did not go into the dealership with the intention of purchasing anything the same day. However, we were very impressed, not only with the dealership, but with Shane. Because of Shane's professionalism and warm personality, we purchased our ML 550 the same day. Shane was very patient and friendly, and convinced us to take the ML 550 for a test drive. Once we came back, we were sold. We purchased the ML 550 with all of the options. The only disappointment was that we were told we had to wait two months in order to get the vehicle in the color and leather interior that we wanted. However, Shane never hesitated to keep us informed and up to date. I must say that Shane went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. Not only was Shane professional, he also made us feel like family. We could not have asked for anyone better. More
