I called them a number of times to find out about lease pricing for a new E350 convertible. I already had one my lease was up soon and I was looking to replace mine with the newest model. I found the sale pricing for a new E350 convertible. I already had one my lease was up soon and I was looking to replace mine with the newest model. I found the salesman to be obnoxious and did not want to work for a sale. I was looking for a specific color combo and as loaded as we could find. The 2 salesman I spoke both looked on the computer told me what they had and when it wasnt what I wanted told me they would look around and get back to me.....Neither one got back to me! I decided to go into the showroom, hoping to get better service, I was wrong. You would think I am looking to buy a car for more than $70k they would try and sell isnt that what salesman do. I ended up buying my car at a dealership 50 miles away who knew how to treat a customer! More

I absolutely love my new C300! What I love even more if the price I paid for it! Everyone in the dealership was so nice and helpful. They answered all my questions and were very patient while I was decidin the price I paid for it! Everyone in the dealership was so nice and helpful. They answered all my questions and were very patient while I was deciding what exactly I wanted. Maurice (the salesman) worked with me so I can have exactly what I wanted for the price I was hoping to pay. He thoroughly went over every option in the car and has called me a few times since I bought it to ask me how I like it and if there is any options I needed help with. I've bought a few cars in the past and I have to say this was the easiest, smoothest sale I have ever encountered. Needless to say my I will be sticking with Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre. More

I purchased my first Mercedes at Mercedes of Rockville Centre. Great experience with Sales person Stephen Montano he walked my husband and I through the whole process. We came because the 2014 CLA seeme Centre. Great experience with Sales person Stephen Montano he walked my husband and I through the whole process. We came because the 2014 CLA seemed in our budget and yet we were able to work out a deal for a 2013 300 series that met all our needs and bottom line number. We are new customers but so far so good.
