I usually do not take the time to write reviews, but after going here and having the experience I did, I had to make an exception! Everyone here was extremely nice. My husband and I were apprehensive about buying/leasing a new car especially with being newlyweds! But George Glier made the whole process beyond comfortable and pleasurable. We could tell upon first meeting George that he was not the typical aggressive salesman. He really had our best interests in mind and did not push us when we said we needed a week to think everything over. He answered all of our questions and exceeded our expectations. We were told our GLK would not be in for a few weeks but he managed to get it in way before then for us! We are VERY happy with the car and even more satisfied with the service we received from everyone at Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre. George even called us the next day to see if there was anything else we needed and just for a check in. If you're thinking of going here or purchasing a Benz, do not think twice!! I had an problem concerning the grab handle of my 2007- C280. After discussing the problem with Vinny we came to a positive conclusion which I was very please with. After leaving my car for the repair work I called Samatha to ask to check out an additonal issue with my car (not related to inital problem).
