We wandered into the dealership and were introduced to George Glier who we had met once before years ago. We told him we were interested in the 2013 GL450 SUV. He gave us an excellent overview of the car and its pros and cons and showed us some that he had on site. In the meantime, we stumbled upon a 2012 GL550 that a Mercedes exec had been driving around. It was exactly the color and style my wife was interested in. George checked on its status and told us they could give us an excellent deal. Although we were skeptical, the terms, in fact, were excellent. We came back later that day and closed the deal. George later had the car detailed and touched up a few minor nicks. He also threw in floor mats and extra headsets for the Rear Entertainment center that came with the car. Everything was in working order when we picked up the car tonight. George and his colleagues, including Andrew in finance and Michael the manager, were a pleasure to work with. This was not at all like the episodes we have had in the past at other car dealerships. It was a no pressure experience, there were no hidden terms in the contract or undisclosed costs, and we emerged with a beautiful car that we obtained at an excellent price. We cannot recommend George and his dealership, Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre, strongly enough. More
