George answered our questions on the first visit and helped us narrow our choices. He took time with us even though I initially was not going to purchase until late February. Since we couldn't locate the exact vehicle, he found a car that fit our needs with more equipment. We are very happy with all of the upgrades and appreciate his help even more. George turned me over to John. John was very helpful and went over all of the warranties and additional equipment. Again, no pressure. I chose an extended warranty package on my own. The vehicle was ready for delivery in every sense. I didn't have to make any additional trips to the service department to install accessories. George did an excellent orientation to the equipment.
