I was not exactly happy about buying a new car at the time - but I needed to get something to drive. Once we decided on a Mercedes, I visited the dealership. Alix was absolutely wonderful - she totally time - but I needed to get something to drive. Once we decided on a Mercedes, I visited the dealership. Alix was absolutely wonderful - she totally understood what was happening. She graciously showed me around the dealership and explained all the different options. Her honesty was refreshing. When my husband came in, she worked with him and between them they picked out a car that I am truly enjoying.
