Just picked up my new Mercedes GLK from Lakeview Mercedes and I couldn't be happier. I first met my Sales Consultant, Geoerge Glier, back in June. Initially, we were unable to a get a deal done because I had too many payments remaining on my lease to make it work. George didn't push and respected my wish not to make a bad situation worse. He said to hang in there and that we could revisit the deal each month as the payments ticked away and the financing programs changed. Then, two months later, I got a call from George alerting me to a special deal being offered exclusively to Audi owners. We banged out the numbers AGAIN and sealed the deal. I'm thrilled with the car and know that without George's diligence and persistance the deal would have died. Don't know if the dealerships read these reviews or not...but....THANKS GEORGE! More

I was sold-this dealership and their staff couldn't be more pleasant or courteous.I turned in my BMW early, I picked up my new C300 today, and George was there and made sure everything was ready and the car was perfect for pickup. After driving a Lexus for 3 years, we started to shop for our next lease. We quickly realized that lease prices had drastically changed from when we last leased a vehicle. Since we had a Mercedes about 6 yrs ago we decided we would try Lakeview again because of their wonderful customer service the first time around. We were pleasantly surprised to find nothing had changed since our last visit. Everyone was friendly and greeted us when we walked in. We were immediately helped by George Glier. We told him we were interested in the C class. He explained to us all about the car, and asked if we would like to test drive it. He told us he was going to give us a "great deal", and I thought "yeah right". Luckily for us, he gave us exactly what we wanted in the price range that he promised. Today we went to pick up our beautiful new C300. Everything was exactly as promised. George also took the time to explain all the features in the car for us. We found George Glier to be a helpful, and friendly salesman, who still took the time for us even after the sale was done. I would recommend George and Lakeview to anyone looking for a new Mercedes. Craig German has been my sales person for the last few cars and has provided me with not only great service and pricing, but a comfort level of trust that is not usually found in recent times.
