George called me on a Friday and left me a voicemail telling me that I had 9 months left on my lease and he would be able to get me into a 2012 for less money a month with no money down. Skeptical I dec telling me that I had 9 months left on my lease and he would be able to get me into a 2012 for less money a month with no money down. Skeptical I decided to surprise George the next day, Saturday morning and show up. I sat with George for about 2 hours talking about my specifications (I am picky)! At the end of that time period we had located the car I wanted and was told that I would receive a call on Monday letting me know if the car was available. To make a long story short, 1 week later, I had the car EXACTLY how I wanted it and George backed up every word on his voicemail with performance in the showroom! George not only was honest with me during each step of the process, but he made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process! I have never worked with any other sales representative from Mercedes, but I know as long as George is an employee, I have no reason to.
