I enjoyed the experience with Lakeview - my salesperson, George Glier was awesome! We had shopped around and George gave us the best price - he actually beat the other dealer's price by about 8%. The only negative is that Lakeview does not offer the amenities that the other dealership offers (free car wash as long as you own the car, free sandwiches, salads and refreshments, gym and nail salon. In fact, I hadn't even left their website when my phone rang. Talk about fast! We spoke for a few minutes about the new model S-Class and what I was looking for. Although I have 4 months left on my existing S-Class lease, Brandon informed me of some incentives offered by Mercedes-Benz, and with absolutely no pressure at all. I felt really comfortable speaking with him. Brandon was helpful, understanding, intelligent, well-spoken, and friendly. I really feel he cares about my needs. Brandon has made everything extremely simple, hassle-free and has organized everything so favorably. I got an email confirmation for my appointment with directions, and was even given Tina's name, the woman I'd be meeting at the front desk. I already got a call from Tina who introduced herself and wanted to make sure I'm set with everything I need. She too, is nothing but sweet. This is customer service I never expected! Mercedes-Benz dealers come a dime a dozen, however, I get satisfaction in knowing my business is appreciated and the dealership respects my time and what's important to me. One year ago my husband and I walked into Lakeview Mercedes, we were looking to purchase our first Mercedes Benz... we were very excited.
