I'm a Repeat Customer I worked with Alix Plaster (she transferred to a Queens MB dealership), and then Steve Weintraub. Both were great in setting up the lease and answer I worked with Alix Plaster (she transferred to a Queens MB dealership), and then Steve Weintraub. Both were great in setting up the lease and answering my questions. 2 issues unrelated to the sales staff: On the day I was to take possession of my new 2018 GLC, it took over an hour for the paperwork to be transferred from the main office to the dealer. Also, the company that did the inspection on my 2015 GLK, after posting the results on their website, sent the hard copy results to me via Certified Mail. I was not told that this would be sent to me that way, leading to the inconvenience (and stress - good news rarely comes via Certified Mail!) to retrieve that letter from the post office. It would have been nice if the paperwork had been prepped so there was no delay, and someone from the inspection service should have indicated that the inspection results would be sent CM. Other than that, my experience with MB RVC (thanks to your sales staff) was superb! More
