They work so hard to always give the Best service. Jason Harber and Efrain Vasquez are the service representatives we use the most and they are exceptional. They always make sure our experience is the best. Additionally, if they are not there, one of the other service representatives always steps in to make sure all goes well. We recently purchased two new cars. We used Tim Snyder and he is Awesome. If you want to purchase a car he is the one to see. He is one of the best and most thorough sales representatives we have ever worked with. Keep up the Great work Mercedes!!! More

smart car recall notice I had a recall notice for my smart car. I believe this is the 2nd time I've had service at Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento. I live in the Bay Area so ha I had a recall notice for my smart car. I believe this is the 2nd time I've had service at Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento. I live in the Bay Area so have a mechanic who keeps my smart car going. But, for recalls, I have to go to an authorized dealer. Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento has given me excellent service and the people are friendly. I drive to Sacramento rather than driving to San Francisco and have don't regret that choice at all. More
