Great experience I had my car serviced multiple times here and they did a great job. They work above and beyond my expectations because every time they did maintenance I had my car serviced multiple times here and they did a great job. They work above and beyond my expectations because every time they did maintenance work, they also cleaned my car inside and outside. Normally I did not really care about how my car looked, but after I got my car, I was like, “wow, these people reallly know what they are doing and they are good at it.” Highly recommended. More

Horrible Service I took my car in for its first 10k service they informed me of a recall which is understandable so I left my car for the day. When I picked it up they I took my car in for its first 10k service they informed me of a recall which is understandable so I left my car for the day. When I picked it up they said there was a belt that was fraying and needed to be replaced they could order parts and asked me to bring it in the next day for replacement. I agreed and brought my car in the next day. Things were fine until a couple days after I drove my vehicle out of town and my car began overheating. I called the dealership and the advisor I had been working with was off and because it was a Saturday they were sort advisors and no one was able to answer the phone. I explained that I was on the side of the freeway on the side of the rode and hour and a half away with my car overheating when my car was fine two days ago. She asked what I had come in for. I advised my service, a recall and belt replacement. She immediately responded that my car wouldn’t be overheating because of that. That’s the last thing you should tell a customer stranded just 2 days after having repairs done. I asked to leave a message for the advisor on duty and to explain the situation I was in. I received no call back and was forced to have my vehicle towed to a different Mercedes dealership. The other dealership called me early Monday morning to let me know they received my vehicle and would begin diagnostic. Sacramento called me back Monday afternoon regarding the message left Saturday afternoon. Too little too late. She half apologized and promised to follow up with me the next day. That never happened I haven’t heard from her until she sent me an emails requesting to help her with a service survey needing a perfect score. Needless to say she didn’t receive a perfect score considering I was upset about the situation especially when the other dealership explained that the belt that had just been replaced had come loose and also impacted my air conditioner. My car was there for a week for repairs. I will not be returning for service at the Sacramento dealership instead I will have to make the long drive to Stockton but at least I know my car will be serviced correctly the first time. More
