I can't recall the name of the service tech that did my road test and worked on the problem, but he is fantastic-- he suspected the sound system from the start, but had to find the source in the myriad of connections and pathways. . It was an elusive noise but he was persistent. They kept my car over a week spending hours upon hours taking it apart, examining components, and putting it back together. Meanwhile they loaned me a great Mercedes for a few days and then a new 2017 SMART (almost tempted me to trade). Finally they located the defective sub-woofer under the driver's seat. Who would have thought? Well, great job - the techs were patient and persistent and I am just glad I wasn't charged by the hour! Efrain was awesome as my service rep. Give that guy a raise! More
Could've been better I bought my car here in January and noticed the service department was beautiful so I thought it would be worth the drive for me to go there for my se I bought my car here in January and noticed the service department was beautiful so I thought it would be worth the drive for me to go there for my services and I was very disappointed. The people that work there are friendly and nice. But when I made my appointment I requested a loaner car because I live an hour and a half away and the problem I had with my car was the air conditioner went out and we're in the middle of this very hot summer. When they were unable to fix my car, they sent me home with a car they couldn't fix and I had to drive all the way back down there again when my car part came in to have them fix it again. When they couldn't fix it for a second time they finally gave me a loaner car. I was just disappointed in the way they treated me with the loaner car. I only had my car for 6 months and already had to bring it in and they didn't honor me a rental. More
Front plates put on by dealer. I was told that I should bring my front plates in when I get them and they would put them on. I did just that. The first girl said ok and said I nee I was told that I should bring my front plates in when I get them and they would put them on. I did just that. The first girl said ok and said I needed to buy brackets to put them on and then she would put them on!!!!! But another person interceded and said no I didn't need to buy them as it was a new car. Probably a new employee and missed that day of inservice😪 Training. She was sweet and extremely nice but didn't relent When I questioned why I needed to buy brackets on the SUV when I had just purchased the vehicle at that dealership. Thankfully another female over heard our conversation and corrected her answer. She did an excellent job putting them on. Thank you! More

Repairs Very good experience except that the car wash job was bad.
