To cheap to provide second key and remote I bought a 2009 G37s from them. Nice car. I requested a second key and remote at the time of sale. Dustin our salesman said he was going to talk to th I bought a 2009 G37s from them. Nice car. I requested a second key and remote at the time of sale. Dustin our salesman said he was going to talk to the manager about getting one. When we went to finance, I again requested the key and remote when I was signing the Due Bill for anything that was due to me. I signed it and made my point that I did not receive my key . This time the finance manager said thst Dustin would handle it. He never did. Then I called to speak to Brett the sales manager and he said it was there policy of only supplying what remote was given. And that if it was a Mercedes then they would have supplied another one Well I was misled twice with thinking that i was going to get one. Would not refer people to this dealer. When a customer is jerked around by a company then they cannot expect any type of loyalty. A lousy 300.00 cost them many dollars in future sales. Am taking there plate off of my car. Don't want to advertise anything about them More
Waste of time! Since I've bought my GL it's had issue and then never to seem have a solution or answer for me. This last time I took in my GL the tranny was slipping Since I've bought my GL it's had issue and then never to seem have a solution or answer for me. This last time I took in my GL the tranny was slipping again, the SUV burned out the front brake pads to the metal in less in the 9K miles and the front rotors and rear pads and rotors are also are in bad condition. The A/C smells like old socks are stuck in the filters plus other little things. This time around they had the SUV for over a week working on it and basically couldn't figure anything out. Let's start with the tranny this is the second time they said it needs a software update to fix the issue but it still does the samething. 2nd the brakes, They said they look bad and they are burning real hot but didn't nothing to fix the issue. I had the whole family in the SUV and it wouldn't stop because the pads were gone. I took it to another shop near by at the time it happened and they wouldn't let me leave until I bought after market pads that cost me $200 because it wasn't safe to drive and all the service manager can tell me is I don't know why they are running hot "are you racing the SUV" come on it a GL450 and we only drive it with the family in the car. Its pretty obvious there's something wrong or the pads and rotors are defective. But they said they couldn't do anything. Now the A/C they said it had a recall and they condition it but it smells the exact same! And to top it off they gave it back to me on a empty tank when we took it in with a half tank and with the rear bumper now loose off the clips. Oh yeah I forgot to mention they stuck a family of 5 in C class for over a week for them to do exactly nothing!!! This is isn't my first MB and have never experienced anything like this with the other dealerships!!! Worst experience I've ever had! More
Frustating and unresolved repairs Our 1980-300SD has been in the repair center 3 times to the tune of $4000 +/- (inclusive of discount) in the last 12-15 months and is still not repair Our 1980-300SD has been in the repair center 3 times to the tune of $4000 +/- (inclusive of discount) in the last 12-15 months and is still not repaired. In that time period. The car actually spent more time at MB than in our possession. Three separate parts were replaced and the noise persists and the dealership has, to date, been unable to identify the problem. It's been a hunting expedition at our expense. Have no confidence in MB/Howe Ave. I am actually looking for a different repair center to take my car to. More

great service and price comrison for my tires. I took my car for tire change and I had to go next day to Bay area. I was told to drop my car and it will be ready next day.
