General check up Car's engine room was identified with rodent issue. I was informed that they are cleaning the engine room. It took about 2 hours and I was informed Car's engine room was identified with rodent issue. I was informed that they are cleaning the engine room. It took about 2 hours and I was informed that pretty good cleaning was performed and the smell should go away with time. After reaching home when I opened the hood. It seemed like it was not even wiped. I am thinking, what was done for 2 hours? At the time of delivery I was informed that if the smell persists then we need to was the engine. It is disappointing to be waiting for 2 hours and not even the engine washed to get it cleaned properly. More

It's a team effort I brought in a cls550 to get a tire replaced due to Sacramento's horrid road condition. During a service visit previous to this one, the dealership's I brought in a cls550 to get a tire replaced due to Sacramento's horrid road condition. During a service visit previous to this one, the dealership's wash team was in quite a rush and proceeded to have the car sped through near the end of the day. Upon receipt of the car, quite a few new deep scratches had been put in the roof along with light swirls throughout the paint on the body (black cars are up keep) and water spots had begun to calcify. I pointed this out to my service representive (Sean), who immediately apologized on behalf of the wash and detail department, booked a detail appointment through a contracted detailer complimentary of the dealership . What impressed me was that Sean took on the responsibility of another department to which he had no control of the outcome and provided an intuitive decision on the behalf of the reputation of the dealership and his own department. I believe in any work environment, it takes a team to accomplish goals and end products and when they fall short, it's the responsibility of a team to address those issues. Thank you Sean More

Negative Experience 3 hours to exchange out 4 wheels upgrading to crome. However on the way home warning mesg came on. Service dept forgot to put air in my right rear tir 3 hours to exchange out 4 wheels upgrading to crome. However on the way home warning mesg came on. Service dept forgot to put air in my right rear tire. Drove home 15 miles on only 25 psi air in it. Had to drive into two gas stations to inflate tire. Not sure it's up to standard but close. More
