I had a brand new battery installed that for some reason died. A mobile service representative came to my home to charge the battery so I could take my car in for service. I felt comfortable and safe at all times. The service department, especially Efrain Vasquez, acted in the utmost professional manner. All staff were friendly and helpful. More

I wound up searching for the reset code on Google and doing this manually, but I would have preferred that they took care of this at the dealership. I'm not sure who the service tech was, but since this is an electric car, there's really not much to service other than the cabin air filter, and a general look around at brakes, tires, etc. More

Jason Harber is great! Prompt, courteous service. Never had to follow-up, which has often been my experience with service departments. They tell you they'll call you about Prompt, courteous service. No Pride in Workmanship One of the items on my list was to investigate the driver side mirror. They removed the mirror (normally held in place with a serious grade double-st One of the items on my list was to investigate the driver side mirror. They removed the mirror (normally held in place with a serious grade double-sticky back tape) and determined that the motor needed to be replaced. The price that was quoted must have been for a 24 ct. Gold replacement with Chocolate Colored Diamond gears. I can buy on-line the replacement part for a faction of the cost. OK I understand that was the Dealer price. I gracefully declined. As I drove off I glance in the mirror or at least tried too. It was dangling by the electrical wiring intended for the mirror heater. Apparently they just literally slapped it back on to the motor housing using the 19 year old tape. Had it not been for the electrical wiring I would have completely lost the mirror. Come on for the $500+ I had just laid out they could not of replaced the tape and reattached the mirror, they removed, properly. No pride in their workmanship. No I did not return because I had no desire to sit there for what ever time it took to make it right. Honestly that called into question everything else they did during that visit. As far as I am concerned we have parted ways. I must say that at least the Service Writer I worked with was an outstanding gentlemen....but the service crew killed the deal. More
