Disappointed Brian is a nice guy. For that matter all salespeople are nice people, or they would starve. But our experience with Brian left us with a mistake that Brian is a nice guy. For that matter all salespeople are nice people, or they would starve. But our experience with Brian left us with a mistake that cost us over $10,000 and Brian did not wish to correct the mistake. Here is what occurred: We responded to the Mercedes Fall Lease event with discounted rates on 3-year leases. We qualified for the lease and we discussed it with Brian. But when we left, there was no paper trail of the 3year promotional offer, and we had signed for a four-year lease that was much costlier. And of course, the salesperson earned much more. It all comes down to whether you want to see it an honest mistake. More
