They don't have local current newspapers for customers who are waiting for their cars. The actual service went well, but when you are waiting for a hour or more and nothing to do. Not everyone is glued to their phones, computers or IPADs. They do have a restaurant/snack area, but the prices are high, just because you own/have a Mercedes does not mean you are made of money. They did provide free coffee, but don't feel enough. Even Toyota and Lexus provide free daily newspapers, coffee, hot chocolate and donuts. More

Talked to customer service @ MB Sacramen After buying my first CPO MB from another MB dealer, I was experiencing serious exhaust problem with the car. Talked to customer service @ MB Sacramento; very friendly, accommodative, and scheduled me right away. Sean @ MB Sacramento dealership was very professional and friendly service advisor; kept me abreast on the car problem identified and repair progress. Shuttle driver was very friendly and courteous as well. After the service, the technician sent me a thank you card for using their services. By the way, the repair was covered under CPO warranty. On the other side, I was surprised to see that no complimentary coffee or drinks were available; which is pretty normal and common at other dealerships. More

Your employee, Sean Kerwin, was very professional and polite -- I couldn't have asked for a better representative of MB of Sacramento. After you serviced my car, the car's performance improved at least 20 percent. It was a nice surprise. The only negative comment I have to make regarding my visit is that the waiting room is cold, unwelcoming, and not at all what I expected from a MB dealer. I will always bring my care to MB of Sacramento because my car's performance was so improved. But, I will not look forward to being in the area designated for "waiting." More
