In November 2010, I moved to Sacramento, Ca. & joined Mercedez Benz of Sacramento. In this amount of time, I have had several service advisors, all have been quite good. Jack Manikoth is courteous respectful & keeps me informed of every step during service. Jack Manikoth is an absolutely excellent service adviser! When I come in Jack is the first person I see & also the last person when I leave. Thank you Jack! More

Experience in purchasing an E300 Excellent service friendliness, courtesy and respectful of my time. Julie was very nice in the finance department to help complete the documents. She called me to come back to sign a replacement document due to the fact that the service or maintenance agreement is for E class NOT C class. I was rushed through the signing process due to another customer waiting in line with minimum disclosures available to me. I would appreciate more explanation of the fact that it was not checking a box but we were doing the finances affecting the service agreement and as I scanned thru we saw that it also affected the residual value of the car. I apprecite Julie classiness to fill up my car with gas for making a special trip back to the dealership. Very nice lady. More

Bobby outside took care of me and the car, great service. Bobby outside was very helpful, I showed up early and he was their to greet me and take care of the my E350. Jack was very helpful during this appointment and I enjoy working with him. I had been looking to trade my vehicle for an ML350 but there were none on the lot that had what I was looking for. When I came back to pick up my car, a salesman approached us as said the exact model I was looking for had just been traded in. I traded in my 2005 the day after I had the major service performed. I guess I was in the right place at the right time. I look forward to working with Jack in the future after I take possession of my 2013 ML350. More
