Customer service and car safety and performance are my most important deciding factors. I was considering a different brand. I was not currently interested in ending my lease early nor looking forward to sitting in a dealership all day negotiating. Thomas Lee called me over 5 months earlier than my lease was up and presented me with my options. I had a price in mind I was willing to spend. and was not going to exceed. Thomas and Ken Sammut made that happen. I never had to leave my house. The deal was made with a few short phone calls. Thomas brought me a loaner and picked up my previous lease that same day. I never had to leave my home. Without that personal customer service, I probably would have spent the next 5 months researching other brand options. More

Had my car in, for service & passenger airbag recall on 6/14. Today, 6/19, the the Airbag pop-in, fell to the floor. There’s also a 14 in gap or the top of the airbag compartment cover. Called the deale 6/14. Today, 6/19, the the Airbag pop-in, fell to the floor. There’s also a 14 in gap or the top of the airbag compartment cover. Called the dealership service dept, TWO WEEKS I have to wait, before they’ll fix THEIR mistake. Not pleased. I've owned my car for 13 months, now. I’ve had it in the the service department a number of times. NONE of them have ended in a positive experience. More
