Customer service was far better in the past and it was always a pleasure doing business at this location. I've worked with Mike Gallagher over the past few years and he's so great. But, during my last visit a new service agent, a man named Sean who I don't see listed below, rudely insisted my car needed a series of costly services and when I pointed out that couldn't be possible, seeing as I'd had those things done earlier, the service representative refused to look at my service record. I dropped my car off at 9am and was told that the routine service I'd scheduled would take a few hours, but after not receiving a call all day, I was told that the WRONG repairs had been done to my car and that it would take an additional day for the correct service to be completed. When I came in to get my car, the following afternoon, the service agent was dismissive and told me, "I know you didn't want to pay all of that money for those other repairs, but you'll have to get them sometime!" Also, while waiting to pay for my service, two of the salesmen were loudly yelling back and forth with four letter words, for everyone to hear. I hate to sound uppity, but this just wasn't how things used to be, even just a year ago, at this dealership. It was so welcoming and pleasant, and everything was classy - kind of like you'd expect a luxury car dealership to be, you know? FYI: Since I don't see Sean listed below, I'm rating Michael Gallagher and John Liu, who are both excellent to work with. Also, because my services included a recall repair and a warranty-covered maintenance, I listed a good score for pricing. More

They do not live up to the mercedes reputation. My vehicle had minor problems within the first 30 days of ownership that they refused to repair. Unfortunately, MBZ of Sacramento Vonhousen was the absolute worst experience. My car was delivered with rear bumper damage $2500 to replace bumper. They did not cover rental car for 10 days so I was without a car. I had to use public transportation during Covid 19. The title to the DMV took 3 weeks. Horrible experience. The top manager at MBZ Sacramento never returned my call. Pathetic. More
