Michael Gallagher in service was very professional, kept me updated, and offered a clear estimate of when I may get my car back, which made planning my work and home schedule much easier. I had a bad experience the previous time I went in for service as I was left waiting for more than an hour in the waiting area without being called (I did not know who might service advisor was so I could not ask for status). I purchased a certified used vehicle which was eligible for an extended warranty. Their policy is a three day return. Julie Tuscany-Garcia did NOT indicate the vehicle as certified on the contract, which for an extended warranty. Their policy is a three day return. I had a problem with my sunroof and they tried to make it seem like I had something to do with it I am a Christian I don’t lie they broke my sunroom and try to blame it on me they fixed it then it was a prob seem like I had something to do with it I am a Christian I don’t lie they broke my sunroom and try to blame it on me they fixed it then it was a problem with my shift gear frame around it I told him about it but I was mainly concerned about my sandals so they want to charge me $365 to fix it when I did not break it off there people broke it off it was just cracked Nas offNow I don’t want them to touch my car because they lies and a break my stuff and try to blame it on me that’s not gonna work they sent me home in a Yuba are usually get a rental car they kept my car overnight when they could’ve gave me my car back the same day it was just a lot a little stuff they did and it made me miss my therapy appointment because of that reason they kept it overnight I do not like Patrick to handle my business he tried to call me a liar that wasn’t gonna work I used to like Mercedes dealer they treated me very good when I had the other customer service person helping me out now since he’s gone the one they gave me he’s not good customer service person for me they should face up to what they did I’m thankful for your pics in my sunroof that they messed up but I have another problem and that’s not fixedDon’t try to break peoples stuff and then try to get them in a new car that doesn’t work be honest to yourself and honest with the with the customers and maybe you have a better outlook on life for y’all thank you More

Hi i bought a c43 amg 1 month ago its a certified car and i just got 1 key . The sale personne told me bo worries in few days you will get another one . Worse dealership so far I have visited. Pathetic customer service. no value of your business. Left my car for service a and sunroof replacement came back to pick up the car on Saturday around 5pm and they t service. no value of your business. I already spoke with service advisor he already told not to worry he will ask someone to leave the key with sales department. Sales department manager was such a loser. He was so rude and just wandering here and there I called him couple of time and he just avoided me. More
