Javier Perez is an excellent service adviser. It took a while; but since I have been assigned to Javier the stress of getting my car fixed is gone. A real breath of fresh air for me! And, just in time. I learned early on that calling the servie dept would not work. I would call the dealership, get transfered to service and ask; some times beg for the person to stay on the line until a service advisor would answer; these people are busy but so am I. Thanks, Javier From this point on in the evaluaion is pre Javier! Why was there not an opportunity to evaluate the mangement of the service department? I have known Louis Garcia for long time, bought several cars from him, He is a rarea and valued asset to your organization! Tyler Jordan is the best thing going for that dealership. I actually have the opportunity to visit another dealership to purchase another vehicle, and the sales agent at another Mercedes-Benz dealership.
