Not sure why a run flat tire and bent wheel would take more than two weeks to repair. To say it wasn’t covered under warranty is disputable. The tire is a definite defect. I was always the one to call them to find out the status. I understand people get sick, but there should not be a single point of failure especially if you have a team of service advisors.
