Service department, Trudy, went out of her way to obtain the invoice for the tires I purchased at Stevens Creek Mercedes 15 months ago. Although there was no remainder warranty on my tires she was able to i the invoice for the tires I purchased at Stevens Creek Mercedes 15 months ago.
