She showed us a few vehicles and I’m sure if we had decided to purchase said vehicle that same night she would have made it happen despite the fact it well past closing.She suggested we make an appointment for the following day so we could do a test drive and further review the vehicle in the daylight hour. We did find another vehicle similar in features at a lower cost elsewhere however you get what you pay for. It was important for us to have a dealership we could felt comfortable with and one that make their clients feel as if things would be taken care of after purchase. It was Grace’s attention to detail, our first great first impression of her, her pride in the SD Mercedes-Benz dealership, her customer service style and professionalism that brought us back. The Sprinter service department feels very banished from the Mercedes world. It’s like you want us to be unseen by those who buy your passenger vehicles. There is no clear place to check in as you come thro the Mercedes world. It’s like you want us to be unseen by those who buy your passenger vehicles. There is no clear place to check in as you come through that tiny driveway and then, if there are several vans coming and going it’s unclear where to park because there are so many vans just stacked up all around. I ended up out in Row E the graveyard of cars in need or repair. This is not the fault of the people in the service department. They were wonderful and came out and found me. The dealership needs to do better and make space more comfortable for your Sprinter owners. You would never treat your S-Class owners like this. More
